Charleston Business & Bourbon Tuesday, Jan. 24th at Paddock & Whisky Park Circle with University of South Carolina Athletic Director Ray Tanner. 5-7:30 p.m. Free admission and open to the public.Business and Bourbon is a spinoff of Business & Brewss, a monthly professional networking social for community-engaged professionals in the Lowcountry South Carolina area that typically meets one weekday per month from 5-7:30 p.m. Each meeting has a 10-15 minute presentation by a local community leader beginning around 5:30 p.m., and the speaker takes a short Q&A from the attendees afterwards. B&B is free to attend and open to the public. There will be multiple drawings for door prizes throughout the night as well.Business & Brews is “business casual,” and professionals from all walks of life are welcome. Our monthly speakers leave the PowerPoints and structured speeches behind and tell their stories in a laidback and fun atmosphere. So let your hair down, take that tie off, roll up your sleeves, grab a cold one and mingle with like-minded professionals who want to rub elbows with people who care about their community and the folks who make it a great place to live.B&B is a Follywood Productions event. B&B launched in the South Florida and Denver areas in June of this year, and Colorado Springs last year.
